Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your window and there's no charge. Inside 24 hours or a no-show, a $45 fee is charged to the card on file.

Yes — every confirmation email includes a "Manage your booking" link where you can cancel yourself anytime.

Our deposit is just $4.99 — enough to hold your spot, not enough to make up for a window we couldn't fill last-minute. The $45 late-cancellation/no-show fee is what actually covers that.

You get your own recurring window every 2 weeks that's reserved just for you, plus priority access to our schedule. Memberships have a 3-month minimum and are billed per visit to the card on file.
